THE PROJECT SITE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER CITY NEIGHBORHOOD OF WEST HOLLYWOOD, HOME TO  SOME OF LOS ANGELES’ FINEST ENTERTAINMENT, SHOPPING AND DINING VENUES THAT CATER TO A DIVERSE AND TIGHT-KNIT COMMUNITY.

THE PROJECT SPANS THREE LEVELS AND FEATURES TWO FORMAL ENSUITE BEDROOMS, A VERSATILE DEN, OFFICE SPACE THAT ACCOMODATES FOUR, AND A UNIQUE MEDITATION POD. ITS DESIGN BEST SUITS A COUPLE OR A SMALL FAMILY WITH A LIVE-WORK ARRANGEMENT.
